The changes to our daily lives as a result of Covid-19 have meant many of us are exercising in new and unfamiliar ways – whether that's going it alone, committing to moving our bodies more regularly, or getting out for a run or ride for the first time in years.

British photographer James Carnegie turned his daily exercise allowance – until recently athletes in the UK were only allowed outside once a day to exercise – into an outlet for creativity. His project ‘Fitness in the time of coronavirus’ explores the way quarantine has changed our relationship with exercise.
